SHIPPING

Each box should be addressed to the person that will be claiming the box at the hotel. DO NOT SEND BOXES TO THE ATTENTION OF A PRIME ADVANTAGE STAFF MEMBER. Please ensure that your boxes are labeled as follows:

A handling fee of $7.00 per box (that are under 75lbs) or $75.00 per shrink-wrapped pallet will be charged. Any packages sent to the attention of Prime Advantage staff will be billed to your room.

Individuals are responsible for shipping back their own materials. It is strongly recommended that you bring your own shipping carrier labels and materials. The Club’s Business Center handles the outgoing shipping of materials, boxes, etc. at current rates.
