Conference Registration

• Early Bird Registration: Now - July 21
• Standard Registration: July 22 - September 10      
• Late Registration closes: September 11 - October 22

Conference Registration Cancellation

• Registration cancellation received by September 10, 2008: A refund will be issued with the deduction of cancellation fee ($175)
• Registration cancellation received after September 10, 2008: No refund will be issued

All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing via email or mail to Prime Advantage.

Hotel Reservations

All rooms will be reserved under the attendee’s name.  You will be responsible for room nights requested on your registration form.  Hotel reservation cancellations after September 19th will not be accepted.  Individual attendees who cancel after September 19th will still be charged the full amount for the rooms originally requested.  Prime Advantage will not be responsible for cancellation fees on any room.

Reservation cancellation must be submitted to Soyeon Schock (sschock@primeadvantage.com), or Jessica Martin (jmartin@primeadvantage.com). The hotel will not take cancellations from individual attendees by direct contact.
