The Club at Hammock Beach

Your personal concierge arranges activities to your preferences, from tee times to treatments at the luscious spa, so that everything is taken care of for you. An easy drive from historic St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, and even Walt Disney World®, The Club at Hammock Beach is the ultimate Florida paradise.

Gaze out at the colorful ocean views from your private balcony where every room overlooks the stunning ocean and golf course, and breathe in the fresh air. You’ll instantly feel miles away from the rest of the world, free to enjoy the many luxuries of the Club at Hammock Beach. Kitchenettes with granite countertops, sumptuous living areas and complimentary high-speed Internet access (via Ethernet) make you feel right at home. Master baths offer deep tubs, separate glass-enclosed showers and separate bathrooms.

You will enjoy the following amenities and services included with your room rate: Daily delivery of USA Today, maid service, fitness center access, high speed Internet access, local telephone calls, personal concierge service, beach chairs & umbrellas, access to the Lazy River & Water Complex, and all gratuities except those for food & beverage and spa service.

Gratuity Included
The Club at Hammock Beach is a cash-free property. Gratuity for bellmen, valet, personal concierges and housekeepers is included in the room rate.

There are two different room rates secured for the Prime Advantage Conference:

1. One-Bedroom Suites - $249.00/night plus tax
Spacious one-bedroom suites (750 Sq. Ft.) feature comforts fit for royalty, with balconies overlooking the golf course and ocean; one king bed and queen sleeper sofa; and two televisions. Kitchenette features a microwave, two-burner cook top and small refrigerator. Please note the one-bedroom suites are available with a king bed ONLY but do have a queen sleeper sofa. To see a floorplan click here. We have a LIMITED number of one bedroom suites available. We strongly recommend sharing luxurious three bedroom suites with other attendees from your company.

2. Three Bedroom Suites - $550.00/night plus tax – We recommend that Suppliers take a three bedroom suite for better meeting space.
Larger than many homes, the expansive three -bedroom suites (2,000+ Sq. Ft.) feature separate sleeping rooms with private bath facilities for each room, four or five televisions, individual high-speed internet, full kitchen facilities, a large common area with full dining room and numerous balconies with dramatic views of the ocean, golf course and the resort complex. These 3 bedroom suites provide the privacy for multiple attendees staying together at the conference and a value of $183 per night per person. These luxurious condo-like accommodations are the ultimate setting for your one-on-one Member/Supplier Meetings and we strongly encourage our Endorsed Suppliers to secure these rooms! – to see floor plans for these suites, click here.

The group rate is available three days pre- and post- conference based on availability.

Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s room rate including no shows. Prime Advantage will not be responsible for the cancellation fees on any room.

Check In and Out Times
Check in: 4pm - The Club at Hammock Beach will try to accommodate early check-ins upon room availability. In order to help with this process make sure that your arrival information is up-to-date on your registration. Suppliers exhibiting from their suite must check in on Wednesday, October 22nd, in order to be ready for meetings on Thursday.

Check out: 11am - Unfortunately this property does not offer a late check out or half day rate for Friday, October 24th. Suppliers exhibiting from their suite will be charged a full rate for Friday.

Internet Access

Complimentary High-Speed Internet ports are available in each room via an ethernet connection. Guests should bring their own cable to connect to the Internet. Complimentery Wireless Internet is available only in the lobby.
